By downloading, installing or using the Trinitarian app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use Trinitarian.

1. About Trinitarian

Trinitarian is a Christian sermon-sharing platform operated by Globiq Media Technologies Ltd. We provide a platform for verified, ordained pastors to share sermons and for listeners to access Christian teachings in video, audio, text and article formats.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Trinitarian. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
• You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering
• You may not share your account credentials with others
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Pastor Verification

Pastors who wish to upload content must apply for verification. By applying, you confirm that:

• You are an ordained minister of the Christian faith
• All information provided in your application is accurate and truthful
• You hold valid ordination credentials from a recognised Christian denomination or body

Submission of false information will result in permanent account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.

5. Content Standards

All content uploaded to Trinitarian must:

• Be consistent with the Christian faith and scripture
• Be original content or content you have the right to share
• Not promote hatred, discrimination or violence against any person or group
• Not contain false, misleading or heretical teaching
• Not include sexually explicit, obscene or harmful material
• Not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Not infringe the copyright or intellectual property rights of others

Prohibited Content

• Content that denies the core tenets of the Christian faith
• Content that promotes cults, occult practices or false religions
• Content that incites religious hatred or violence
• Content that exploits or harms children in any way
• Spam, scams or fraudulent content
• Political campaign material or partisan political content

6. Content Ownership and Licence

Pastors retain full copyright ownership of all content they upload to Trinitarian. By uploading content, you grant Globiq Media Technologies Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to:

• Stream and display your content on the Trinitarian platform
• Store your content on our servers
• Allow users to save and download your content for personal use
• Promote your content within the Trinitarian platform

This licence does not give us ownership of your content and does not prevent you from sharing your content elsewhere.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use Trinitarian for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse or threaten other users or pastors
• Post false, defamatory or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl or extract data from Trinitarian
• Impersonate any person, pastor or organisation
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform

8. DMCA and Copyright

Trinitarian respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact us at dmca@trinitarian.app with:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The URL or location of the infringing content
• Your contact information
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised

We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include removing the content.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use Trinitarian ceases immediately.

10. Disclaimers

Trinitarian is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times or that all content is accurate or error-free. Sermon content represents the views of the individual pastors and not necessarily the views of Globiq Media Technologies Ltd.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Globiq Media Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of Trinitarian or its content.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of Trinitarian after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
