Trinitarian ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Globiq Media Technologies Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you use the Trinitarian mobile application and related services.
By using Trinitarian, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

1.1 Information You Provide
- Full name and display name
- Email address
- Username and password (encrypted)
- Phone number (required for pastor verification only)
- Denomination and church information (for pastors)
- Country and city of residence
- Profile information and biography
- Profile picture (optional, uploaded by the user)
1.2 Information We Collect Automatically
- Device type, operating system and version
- App usage data (screens visited, sermons played)
- Sermon viewing and listening history
- Search queries within the app
- IP address and approximate location
1.3 Pastor Verification Information
- Ordination certificate and supporting documents (uploaded during application)
- Phone number for identity verification purposes (not displayed publicly)
- Church name, denomination and ministry details
- Years in ministry and ordination body
- Personal statement of faith and ministry experience
- Sermon cover images and thumbnails uploaded by pastors
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account
- To verify pastor applications and ordination status
- To provide sermon recommendations based on your preferences
- To send notifications about new sermons and live streams from pastors you follow
- To process and respond to your messages and support requests
- To improve the app and develop new features
- To prevent fraud, abuse and violations of our Terms of Service
- To comply with legal obligations
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- With pastors you follow: Your display name and profile are visible to pastors whose content you engage with
- Public profile: Your username, display name and public activity (follows, saved sermons) may be visible to other users
- Service providers: We use third-party services (Railway for hosting, Gmail for email) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely on Railway cloud infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text.
While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
Sermon content uploaded by pastors will be retained according to the content licence agreement unless the pastor requests removal.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Request deletion of your account and personal data
- Withdraw consent for data processing at any time
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format

7. Children's Privacy
Trinitarian is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at support@trinitarian.app and we will delete it.
8. Content and Copyright
All sermon content uploaded to Trinitarian remains the intellectual property of the uploading pastor. By uploading content, pastors grant Trinitarian a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to stream, display and distribute the content on the platform.
All content is protected under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). To report copyright infringement, contact dmca@trinitarian.app
9. Third-Party Services
Trinitarian uses the following third-party services which have their own privacy policies:
- Railway — Cloud hosting and database (railway.app/legal/privacy)
- Google (Gmail) — Email notifications (policies.google.com/privacy)
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the app or sending an email to your registered address. Continued use of Trinitarian after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
