Trinitarian ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Globiq Media Technologies Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you use the Trinitarian mobile application and related services.
By using Trinitarian, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
Your data is stored securely on Railway cloud infrastructure. Media files are stored on Backblaze B2. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text.
While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, your personally identifying information (name, email, username, profile photo and bio) is immediately and permanently anonymised. Any remaining anonymised account data and content (such as comments or sermon history) that is retained solely for content integrity purposes will be permanently deleted within 90 days of your account deletion request. No personally identifying information will be retained beyond this period, except where required by law.
Sermon content uploaded by pastors will be retained according to the content licence agreement unless the pastor requests removal.

Trinitarian is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at support@trinitarian.app and we will delete it.
All sermon content uploaded to Trinitarian remains the intellectual property of the uploading pastor. By uploading content, pastors grant Trinitarian a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to stream, display and distribute the content on the platform.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the app or sending an email to your registered address. Continued use of Trinitarian after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
